Ageless Active: Smart Aging

As many of you know, I like to stay active.  However, that also comes with aches, pains and sore muscles at times.  But I will press on, as I look at my parents who did not stay active and I saw the toll it took on their health and ability to stay mobile.  Both my parents had knee replacements and that could be a part of my future, too.  Therefore, I want to take care of my health and stay abreast on available options in case I need to follow this path.
