LBD Guide for Spring

Hope everyone has had a great week! It’s a beautiful day here in the Carolina’s and it’s been a great week. My newest grand-daughter was one month old yesterday and I found out I was a finalist in the Shorty awards. YAY! And thank you for everyone’s support. As the underdog, would not have made it without your help. Thank you.

My go to much of the time is a little black dress for various occasions. If you look at my Instagram, you will see that I wear a lot of black year-round A little black dress is what I choose when I don’t know what to wear. They can easily be dressed up or down depending on your accessories and rarely is black a bad color for anyone.

The "little black dress" is considered essential to a complete wardrobe by many women. I’ve heard that it is a "rule of fashion" that every woman should own a simple, elegant black dress. So as we head into the spring, I put together some of my favorites. Most of these are pretty simple allowing for accessories of your choosing. I wear black pumps year round but as we get closer to spring and summer I might suggest a kitten heel sandal and definitely a chic handbag and fun earrings. In fact, watch for an upcoming post on accessorizing a LBD.

And remember, nothing says a little black dress has to be skimpy. The “little” refers to the shorter style and not a long evening gown.

Do you have a favorite you wear on repeat? The one I am wearing is a beautifully cut, shift dress by Lafeyette 148 with pockets. I love any dress that offers pockets. I found this at Paul Simon Woman in Charlotte. Knowing that everyone has different tastes and budgets, I’ve provided shopping links for several choices below.

IMG_3713.jpg

Are you looking for a special LBD? If so, what’s the occasion. Me? I just keep adding them to my closet to give myself many choices.

As always, my goal is to share chic ageless style and endless fun, from a sincerely silver perspective.  Including fashion, beauty, and relevant lifestyle information as we share this ageless journey together!

Silver Style Guide: What to Wear to a Gala or Evening Event

Perennial Style, Jewelry, Dresses, FashionJan CorrellComment
IMG_3836-opt.jpg

You’ve just received an invitation to an esteemed social event-- naturally you are thrilled and already planning out the perfect outfit to wear in your head. Whether you’re attending a charity fundraiser, an upscale cocktail event, or a themed ball, finding an exceptional outfit that is both appropriate and glamorous is a must. Below are a few sophisticated and chic outfit ideas from my Silver Style Guide for a gala or evening event.

A Black Tie Festivity

Adhering to the dress code is an important part of styling an outfit for an upscale festivity. If you are attending a black tie event where the gentlemen will be donning their sharpest tuxedo, then you should stick to a formal gown or floor length dress. A lady can never go wrong with a solid colored gown and decorative accessories; however if you wish for your dress to have a little sheen, there is nothing wrong with indulging in a bit of sparkles, and keeping the jewelry simple and elegant.

Formal Fun

Formal fashion allows for some leeway, meaning that you can certainly style a gown or floor length dress if you so wish; however, you can also show off your favorite party dress. Mid-calf formal dresses paired with a statement heel and an eye-catching clutch are excellent options for a formal event. A metallic shawl or wrap is a great way to incorporate some shimmer into your ensemble while staying warm, and also avoiding the possibility that a jacket or coat might distract from your look.

Classic Cocktail Look

The perfect cocktail looks consists of a classy dress, great heels, and dazzling accessories. A few favorites for cocktail attire include a little black dress, a tailored jumpsuit, a flattering wrap dress, or even dressier separates, like a blouse and skirt set. Add a faux fur bolero, or a formal jacket, an embellished clutch, and some glittering jewelry and you’ll be dressed to impress at any cocktail party.

Positive Aging: Women Whose Careers Only Improved With Age

Fashion, Beauty, DressesJan CorrellComment
IMG_5554_opt.jpg

With age comes wisdom and a better understanding of the world, which is beneficial to the mature woman navigating her way through the workplace. Below are five, fabulous women whose careers only improved with experience and age!

Viola Davis: At age 53, Viola Davis is an extraordinary actress, and has won an Academy Award, an Emmy Award, and a Tony Award. She is known for movies like The Help and Fences to her hit TV show, How to Get Away with Murder, where her outstanding role earned her an Emmy, making her the first black woman to do so.  Davis has made a name for herself that is known by many, and she continues to do so as an exceptional, ageless woman.

Katie Couric: Many know Couric from her positions on The Today Show as well as CBS Evening News, where she was acknowledged as the first woman to anchor on an evening news program. At age 61, she has received copious awards for her hard work and dedication to her craft of broadcast journalism. At age 57, she started her own company, Katie Couric Media, where she continues to call attention to important topics and relevant news stories.

Oprah: Best known for her phenomenal, daytime talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Oprah’s career only continues to grow. At age 56, she created her own network channel, OWN, and has continued to do wonderful things in her career. She has founded her own magazine, narrated The Discovery Channel series Life, and has starred in several films since her departure from daytime television

Meryl Streep: At age 69, Meryl Streep is one of the most well known, and highly esteemed actresses of her day and age. She has earned the title of having the most Oscar nominations out of any actor, and she has won multiple awards for her outstanding performances in a multitude of films.

Vera Wang: At age 69, many know Vera Wang as an iconic fashion designer, but she originally figure skated and trained to compete in the Olympics. Even though she did not make the team, she did discover a new passion. After pursuing careers for Vogue and Ralph Lauren, at age 40, she entered the world of bridal wear. Today, she designs beautiful wedding dresses and gowns that have been worn by many, including many celebrities.

Aging is obviously an inevitable part of life, and with another year comes new experiences, opportunities, and memories to be made. While many women hope to discover their calling in life early on, there’s nothing wrong with taking time to grow and mature into the person you want to be, or to simply rediscover yourself.

So don’t turn your back on opportunities or experiences and keep an open door policy to making new memories and reinvention so that you can be the best person you can be at any age.

Thank you to Rickie Freeman Teri Jon Dresses for sponsoring this post.

Pearls are Always Appropriate

Jackie O has always been associated with pearls… such a classy lady. And although diamonds and rhinestones are fun and sparkly, I typically don’t wear them on clothes, do you? But give me pearls and they make any outfit classy including a simple sweater.

I found this fun charcoal gray sweater at H&M recently and was smitten. I plan to wear it both dressy and casual. As featured I am wearing a long tee shirt underneath but love it over a crisp white blouse as well. I paired this sweater with gray frayed jeans and black booties. By the way… did you know that H&M is going after the ageless woman. You can read more here.

I have linked a number of pearl sweaters (with shopping links) both inexpensive like mine (under $20) as well as more expensive ones, depending on your taste. Do you like pearls on sweaters?

My Girl's Photo Shoot

Beauty, Ageless Active, Fashion, Super Women, Perennial Style, LifestyleJan CorrellComment

As a Mom I have two awesome children, a son and a daughter. I feel awfully lucky as they are both special people that are very dear to me and Mr. Silver. My son and wife, have two children, a son and daughter and my daughter and her husband, have two sons. When our daughter shared the news they were expecting a third, we all prayed for a healthy baby and Momma. And when they shared the news that this one was going to be a little girl, I was thrilled that she too would get to experience a Mother/Daughter relationship… as we have shared.

My daughter and I have fun and loving affinity and have always supported each other. We have also pushed each other when needed and are very open and honest with each other. It’s like having a best friend, other than your hubby.

When I decided to start the blog, she was behind me in every aspect. She took some of my first pictures and then handed that responsibility over to her Dad. She was always fluffing, fixing and catching little things that a detailed eye could see. And it always made me feel so special.

When she decided to do a maternity shoot, she planned it so I could be there. I was so excited to be part of this to in turn do the same that she had always done for me! We had such a fun time as they setting was magical and the “golden hour” was perfect.

A5_opt.jpg

My daughter chose her very close friend, Kameron Rogers for this shoot, Owner of Kameron C. Photography. She is based in Texas and I highly recommend her, if you have photography needs. She is super talented and made it so much fun that the three of us laughed the whole time.

The Ageless Houndstooth

FashionJan Correll2 Comments
fullsizeoutput_d566.jpeg

I have loved Houndstooth since I was in middle school. The bold pattern was eye catching yet stylish. I remember a pair of “hot pants” … yes hot pants I had, that were large black and white houndstooth. I wore those shorts all the time. With black tights, boots, a jean shirt, a black or red turtleneck and my favorite double-breasted black corduroy jacket… that barely covered them.

fullsizeoutput_d5ec.jpeg
fullsizeoutput_d583.jpeg

In my opinion, Houndstooth will never go out of style and since it dates back to between 360 and 100 BC, I would say that is a true statement. Alexander McQueen and Christian Dior have featured them in many different collections over the years.

I am wearing two Houndstooth in two different outfits featured today. The first outfit is from Chico’s and is a a black and white Houndstooth Ruana. Yes, friends, I had to look up what a Ruana was too. A Ruana is a poncho-style outer garment typical of the Andes region of Colombia, South America. Such a fun piece to add to my wardrobe. This item and the complete outfit is linked in LIKEtoKNOW.it below.

fullsizeoutput_d603.jpeg
fullsizeoutput_d604.jpeg

The second outfit features a fun navy and white Houndstooth top from Zara. Unfortunately this one is sold out unless you can find it in stores. I love the fraying at the bottom and the overall way it was designed. Another fun piece. Again, sorry this is not linked due to its high demand.

Underlining the fact that I do love this print… I realized too late, that I have two houndstooth outfits posted within days of each other. I am not sure I will be adding any more Houndstooth this year… but there is always next!!

Who else out there loves Houndstooth and do you or did you have a favorite item?

Riveting Booties…

My feet are not something that bothers me… at least at this point in my life.   However, I know that many of my readers face this dilemma as I have heard from you.  I have turned down a few shoe partnerships because I did not like the style of the shoes.  When it comes to shoes… it’s always been style over comfort for me.  And I know that’s easy for me to say… when my feet don’t hurt. But then I tried on the Jambu Rimini Leather Bootie with memory foam foot beds and a light bulb went off.  Yes!   You can have a stylish bootie that also offers comfort.  You can check out all their new arrivals here and boots and booties here.

I have three stylish friends that are all Brand Ambassadors for Jambu so was intrigued about the brand and the comfort the shoes offer.  Jodie, Dawn and Jess are all three women I admire and who also inspire many other women.  I knew they must have been on to something!

If you look at any of my pictures, I always wear several bracelets with each outfit. I feel a simple bracelet can and should be layered depending on the style you are going for. I sometimes wear them with a watch or simply layered on my right arm. And lately, I love mixing different metals.

A Close Knit Brand

Fashion, Dresses, Favorite ProductsJan Correll6 Comments
IMG_5884.jpg

Maybe odd but when I uncover a brand I am not familiar with, I always google them to find out more!  I love to read the stories behind the brand and like to feel the connection.

I was in a fun boutique in Hilton Head earlier this summer working with a young woman from their headquarters on an upcoming project, when I noticed her dress and commented how much I loved it and asked if they had it in a medium?  She went to look and shared that they did not...however five minutes later she tapped on the door to my dressing room and said here... try mine on and see if you like it!  I was flabbergasted first by the fact she would do this kind gesture and secondly by the awesome dress.  Unfortunately, that particular dress was sold out but I knew that the brand was special because of the way I felt in the dress.  Do you ever feel that way when you try something on?

IMG_5927.jpg

I would like to introduce you to Nic and Zoe.  I could tell their story but feel they do a great job!  Read about them here.  I think the best part is that they understand the everyday hustle a woman goes through.  As we all know... it's not easy!! And we do deserve to feel good in whatever we wear!!

IMG_5946.jpg

I love great knitwear!   Whether it's casual or dressy, it moves with you. And that is important.

IMG_5962.jpg

This pretty dress and matching Nic and Zoe jacket, is perfect now as a sleeveless dress or with the jacket for fall. Matching sets will be big this year so be sure to check this one out here and here.

Also, we have to talk about the shoes.  Yes, so stylish but oh so comfy!  I know some you may not wear this high of a heel but they have many lower heels to choose from as well.  You can heck them out here.

IMG_6064.jpg

Nic and Zoe has eight stores and you can look them up here and is also sold online here.  They are also offer in a number of different boutiques across the country. When you run across them, I highly suggest you try the clothes on and hope you have the same experience and revelation I did.

Roll with it Baby!!

Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, MakeupJan Correll2 Comments
fullsizeoutput_669b.jpeg

I love that song... and I have to agree...sometimes you've got to roll with it baby, soak it up and take it all in.  And this month my friends... that is just what I am doing!

As many of you may know, I was featured by the New York Times and Ruth LaFerla as one of seven Grandmas's of Instagram.  It is still surreal to me but I am ever grateful to have been included with these fabulous women.  A high school girlfriend in Tampa sent me her newspaper from Tampa and I was smack dab on the fashion page. This is the same girlfriend that worked with me in my Dad's chicken restaurant, Mr. Drumstick.  (We wore white uniforms with orange and white striped aprons... truly not a glamorous start.) Ha. Since then, I have been featured by Charlotte Stories here and CharlotteFive here, Darla Desiderioboth wonderful features, as well as on a live radio interview by Patti Mercer, in Fort Mill, SC where I reside.

You can imagine my excitement when a Charlotte TV station asked me to join them on their morning show and tell my story about age positivity as well.  I thoroughly enjoyed Tonya Rivens and Julianna White... they made it so much fun.  I felt like I was sitting down with friends.  What a great experience.  You can watch the interview here.

Next, a gentleman reached out to me on Instagram, which I usually delete.  "Lucky" is his name and he shared that he had just seen me on a top 30 TV station.  Not understanding completely, I had to say "huh" and "where?"  Lucky was nice enough to find the link for me to share with my family.   I loved this video and want to share it with you, created by Fox46 Charlotte's Page Fehling:

Please know that I am not tooting my horn, rather I am sharing what is possible for anyone at any age. You can do anything!  And I am here to support and tell you that the time is right, grab it, hold onto it, create it, do what you want and most importantly... roll with it, baby!

Life is a Party

Life is a party... dress for it
— Audrey Hepburn
IMG_5846.jpg

A few months back, I had the opportunity to wear three Teri Jon dresses for an article and photo shoot featuring several Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses for Paul Simon Women in Charlotte by yours truly and @scoopcharlotte.  I sincerely did not know what I was in for until I put the first dress on and my heart skipped a beat when I looked in the mirror.  The quality, the designs and the fabrics make these dresses very special and a brand that women have trusted with all of life’s special occasions for over 35 years.

IMG_5744.jpg

Rickie Freeman, the founder, CEO and designer at Teri Jon is also a wife, mother, and grandmother; and believes that all of these roles combined are her inspiration behind the collections.  I love the fact that Rickie tries on each and every design ensuring a proper fit for every woman.

IMG_5554.jpg

After the article above was published, Teri Jon reached out and asked if I would be interested in working with their company.  I literally jumped at the chance!

This brings me back to the dress I am featuring today.  My very own Teri Jon dress… needless to say… I am thrilled. I paired this dress with simple jewelry and silver pumps by Michael Kors.

IMG_5647 2.jpg
IMG_5678.jpg
IMG_5696.jpg

I chose this dress because of both the print but also the beautiful design.  It reminded me of dresses that my Mom and Grandma’s wore back in the 50’s .  Polka dots are timeless and ageless just like the Duke Mansion where these pictures were taken, in the Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte.

IMG_5706.jpg

The Duke Mansion was built in 1915 has been home and host to leaders of the 20th century. Duke’s most lasting legacies, including Duke University, Duke Energy and the Duke Endowment, took shape at the home. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Mansion is operated as a nonprofit with all proceeds being used to preserve and protect this community treasure.

IMG_5770.jpg

As you can see this community treasure is a wonderful place to stay, celebrate, meet and relax.  If you are planning any of the above or looking for a very special venue in the Charlotte area, you have to include the Duke Mansion… where character and charm reside.

IMG_5613.jpg

Thank you to Teri Jon for sponsoring this post!  I am humbled to have featured the brand and this beautiful dress.  I may get a commission if you purchase through LIKEtoKNOW.it.  However, the links here take you straight to the Teri Jon website.

In closing, I want to thank you for stopping by the blog and I will leave you with a little reminder.  "Life is a Party" and it is what you make it.  Make it a great week, lovelies!!

My newest bracelet.  Love it!!

Happy Friday.   Hope its been a great week and you are stepping into a wonderful weekend. It has been a fun week for me, with a couple local media companies recognizing my work but also busy.  BUT... no complaining here!  This girl likes to be busy.

A new reader reached out this week and shared how she loved my style but was not sure she could pull it off or get out of her "traditional box."  And that's OK... it's not always easy to change your style or try a new look when you are comfortable.  However, you can take baby steps to step out of that box.  And the easiest way I know how and I love to wear them are fun, bold bracelets.  These simple adornments worn together or alone can add a new element to your style.

As you can see I have provided a good sampling of some that I wear to give you an idea.  I have a bracelet caddy from the Container Store that holds all of mine!

I hope this little tip helps and from there we can move toward other ways to add a touch of style here and there to transition or craft your own authentic look with a bit of boldness or fun.  I have linked some similar bracelets below.  If you would like to find the bracelet in the top picture (my latest) I bought it at a Hilton Head boutique,  Evelyn & Arthur.  Another fun place to shop.   Unfortunately they do not offer it online but found it here by SYLCA designs.

Thanks for stopping by. My goal is to share ageless style, and endless fun, from a sincerely silver perspective.  Including fashion, beauty, and relevant lifestyle information as we share this journey together!  And as always thank you for reading my blog!

The Statement Vest

I recently found this long black vest on my way out the door, while shopping recently.   I spotted another woman looking at it and waited patiently, till she put it back.  The word "statement piece" rang in my head, and I had nothing like it in my closet.   Needless to say I was smitten.  Best part... it was on the sale rack.  Score!  I have searched high and low to link this exact one for you as it was the last one and cannot find it.  However, don't fret, I have linked others that would offer the same "statement look."

What exactly is a "statement piece"?  My definition is a little different than what I found on the web here and here.  I feel that a statement piece is an item that makes you stand out.  It can be shoes, earrings, a hat etc. just a bit unique and bold.  My "statement vest" is a simple black vest.  What makes it unique are the large colorful grommets.  So fun.  I should also mention my Bauble Bar gold bracelet from the Nordstrom Sale and my fun black, leather Apple Watch cuff from Bezels and Bytes.  So mod!!  Did I really just say "mod"?  Haha.

I did not realize the dirt on the doorway behind me till I looked at the pics.  My OCD self would have a great time on that with a lil 409!!

"Of Course You May"

Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Shoes, TravelJan Correll4 Comments

When becoming a grandmother almost 4 and 1/2 years ago, like most Grandma's, I was smitten with my first grandson.  He was born almost 3 months early and that made him even more precious.  At the time, I decided that as a Grandma, I wanted to be as special as my Grandma (Marnie) and my grandma (Nana) were. They were two very different women, one from a small town in Southern Illinois and the other an Italian immigrant from Chicago.  Although distinct women, their spirit and love for family and  their grandchildren was immense.   Marnie, was a spitfire, who kept reinventing herself (a yogi at 80) and Nana, a very successful business woman, providing global travel tours through her business.   Both taught me different things... that left life long impressions.  Nana; a great work ethic, and my love of cooking and travel and Marnie; to live life to the fullest and to make each little adventure count.

Even though my grands are all under the age of 5, I wanted to instill subtle lessons and reminders that may help them especially in times of self-doubt at any age.  "Of course you may." became my mantra to them whenever they ask me a question.  Unless of course, they wanted to do something dangerous.  "Of course you may," means that yes, they can have that chocolate chip cookie or yes, I will play pirates or dolls, but it also means that they can do anything!  And that is what I want them to remember.  They can change their mind, they have the right to make decisions (although there are consequences) and that they have the ability to be in control.   Much like my Grandma Marnie, I like to get down on the floor, do somersaults, make up stories, and play in the dirt but the love, affection and support she provided, was that I was special and I could do anything I wanted.

So friends we need to remember this phrase as well because we can do anything, or be anything we want at any age; start a blog, start a business, travel, change course, meet new people, try different things, continue to learn... "of course you may, my friend."

At the beach having a wonderful time with family!  You won't see me much for the next week as I plan to take a needed break...but will be back soon. I hope you all have a wonderful 4th of July holiday with family and friends.

In the meantime, I had the best time with my daughter and daughter-in-law; playing pajama time and wearing mix and match pajamas from Soma Intimates!  I know you have heard me rave about their Cool Nights line before but my girls and I swear that these pj's keep us cooler than anything else during the heat of the summer, night sweats, hot flashes, etc.  If you have not tried them, we would highly suggest them.  And if you do, look into this fun mix and match set that is interchangeable.

Thank you to Soma for sponsoring this post.  You can shop these pajamas below on the LIKETOKNOW.IT app and until a week from now... signing off from the beach!

The Personalized Beach Cover-Up... Round 2

FashionJan Correll1 Comment

Hope your weekend was great!  After a crazy few days... I started Monday with the slows.  Well, Monday dragged into Tuesday and I decided to turn it around by making various lists of to do's to get ahead of the rest of the week. I am planning a trip to the beach soon and so added a packing list as well.

At the top of my list are bathing suits (yes plural) and beach cover-ups. I have a personalized cover-up!  Which brings me back to one of my favorite posts from last year.    I had planned to re-share this fun post for anyone that missed it last time.  So here you go...

I found this pretty white Ralph Lauren over-sized shirt last year at Belk on the sale rack and paid under $10 for it.  I felt it would make the best beach cover-up due to the light-weight cotton fabric.  I love the long sleeves, that can be rolled up or down depending on the weather or the sun. After I got home with it, I decided it needed something.  Being that I like personalization, I took it to my local embroidery boutique but due to the weight of the fabric, they talked me out of that idea.  Darn!  But they had another... they suggested I use screen printing to put my name on the back. I had not thought of that, but they assured me it would work great!  We went ahead with the plan and I can tell you I love the result!  In fact, I had three people ask me about the cover-up that very day on the beach.  Of course, I suggested they read about it on the blog!!

Complimenting my cover-up is a cute fringe beach hat;  a fun find at the local Hilton Head TJ Maxx, and under $13. Whenever I'm at the beach, I always check their racks and usually find a thing or two for the wardrobe.  I am sure you can find a similar white shirt that could be used as cover-ups. TJ Maxx never disappoints.

Would you wear a personalized beach cover-up?  It sure makes it easy to find someone, especially over a busy holiday week!! :)  No Silver Alerts when looking for me.

Thanks for stopping by the blog and if your new.... welcome to my little piece of web real estate!   My goal is to share chic ageless style and endless fun, from a sincerely silver perspective.  Including  fashion, beauty, and relevant lifestyle information as we share this journey together!  Thank you for reading!

I would be lying if I told you I was calm and collected when I received a pm on Instagram from a writer at the New York Times.  I immediately checked out the writer's articles and was blown away; Ashley Longshore, Isabella Rossellini, and Brooke Shields to name a few.  Her message read:  may I contact you for a New York Times feature?  I did not take long to say, why yes... you may!

After a 30 minute interview, with Ruth La Ferla, who was a delight, the rest is history!  You can read the article here.

My Herb Garden

Home, Lifestyle, Fashion, Favorite ProductsJan CorrellComment

I don't want you to get the wrong picture in your head... about a large garden.  Let's reset the expectations... I should have titled this, my small herb garden.   Our home was built on less than 1/10th of an acre in a planned unit development.  And although we are on a very small lot, we love our home, neighborhood, and neighbors and make the most out of what we have.  Hence, this is my herb garden, which I plant every year.  Yes, it's in a pot!

I tried to warn you!  :)

I tried to warn you!  :)

I love this little garden as it has everything I need; mint, rosemary, and basil. Fresh basil is for my "sauce", salads, drinks and more.  I use rosemary at least once a week in different recipes and mint is a staple after I concocted my own special drink shared below:

 The Zesty Mint Cooler

3 lemon slices, 3 lime slices, and Mint leaves muddled

1 1/2 fluid ounces of your favorite vodka (I like Tito's)

Soda Water of your choice and extra lime or lemon juice as needed for a cocktail glass

2 drops of Stevia ( I like Trader Joes)

Shake and pour over ice!  You can adjust the tartness to your liking by adding more soda and lemon/lime juice. And if you are fresh out of limes and lemons, use pure lemon/lime juice with no sugar.

YUM!!

YUM!!

Before we downsized, we had a much larger garden with tomatoes, peppers and more but this little garden is perfect for us now.  I love to cultivate and grow something and it's so easy to have your herb "staples" outside your back door.  Do you grow herbs or vegetables?

Mr. Silver and I recently found this beautiful herb garden, outside an office building when we were taking pictures in downtown Charlotte.  Such a fun use of space in an unexpected place... and this herb garden blew mine away.  In the pics, I am wearing a simple white top from J. Crew Factory, frayed Joe Jeans, simple black slides by Marc Fisher and some Ray Ban Sunnies.  My scarf is from Anthropologie earlier this spring.  All the details are below and you can shop via LIKEtoKNOW.it.
